Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction, specifically in heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with ATEC bridge construction methods including substructure and falsework.
• Experience in forming and constructing various types of retaining walls.
• Background in large, multi-disciplinary team environments is beneficial.
• Proven experience managing a diverse group of subcontractors.
• Coordination with public project owners to address local agency and environmental requirements.
• Strong multitasking skills in dynamic settings.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture among all workers and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement safe work plans, conduct hazard assessments, and mentor crews.
• Lead safety meetings and perform project inspections to ensure compliance.
• Track and report on project costs, quality control, and resource needs.
• Optimize work crew efficiency and productivity, addressing performance challenges with Foremen.
• Ensure project plans and budgets are adhered to, meeting production goals.
• Assist in interpreting drawings and specifications to create prioritized work plans.
• Ensure quality standards are met and manage necessary documentation and reporting.
