  • Negotiate agreements and prepare structuring memos for credit processes.
  • Help prepare term sheets, management reports, presentations, and internal metrics.
  • Manage ongoing Working Capital programs, including onboarding and renewals.
  • Assist in strategic projects for Senior Management relating to product and portfolio trends.

Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Origination team in deal structuring and execution of deals in Working Capital products for Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Provide support in originating new business with clients and structuring client-specific domestic and international Working Capital solutions.
  • Coordination of opportunities in this product area, owning execution and assisting Origination team in driving transactions across the various stakeholders, including: Internal stakeholders such as relationship managers, credit divisions, risk management, legal, back-office/implementation and operations; and external stakeholders such as clients, counsel, technology providers and insurance brokers.
  • Negotiate receivable purchase agreements, prepare structuring memos describing the structure of each deal, and drive transactions through the credit process.
  • Assist Origination in the preparation of term sheets, management reports, deal screening, client presentations and other internal business metrics.
  • Perform ongoing active program management, including but not limited to Working Capital day-to-day program management - onboarding of suppliers, obligors, sellers, structural amendments, waivers, and program renewals.
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects for Senior Management related to the product, portfolio trends and/or broader key initiatives.
  • Provide an efficient balancing of the growth pursuit and financial performance with disciplined risk management practices.
  • Provide professional program execution, leveraging cross-selling of products within the Bank, servicing accounts, credit monitoring and transaction processing.
  • Analyze and research information on companies considered to be a target for Supply Chain Finance programs.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree).
  • 6+ years of commercial/wholesale banking industry experience;
  • Prefer 3 years of experience providing Working Capital/Supply Chain Finance solutions (receivable purchase and payable financing) including the structuring and execution of deals for Fortune 1000 companies (negotiating receivable purchase agreements and writing credit applications describing the structure of the deal); and performing credit and portfolio management of SCF (monitoring and reporting on performance of portfolio).


Compensation and Benefits:

The typical base pay range for this role is between $148K - $223K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location with eligibility for discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
