Responsibilities

  • Review structured settlements documentation
  • Provide support for AIG claims in structured settlement consultant referrals
  • Own compliance processes for the Structured Settlements Department
  • Assist management in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare reporting data and metrics on a monthly, mid-year, and year-end basis
  • Conduct data analytics, reconciliation, and process documentation during audits
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams
  • Design projects and develop processes related to structured settlements

Our Structured Settlements team is the proven problem solvers of choice for stakeholders, delivering consistent technical excellence and showcasing our service differentiation to create an unparalleled global structured settlement services experience. Through a robust feedback loop and supported by consistent processes and leadership, we take pride in delivering responsive, fair and professional service with empathy and efficiency.

 

How you will create an impact

 

This position in Structured Settlements involves supporting AIG claims for all lines of business and our important stakeholders in the resolution process for claims that settle with a structure.

  • Structured settlements document review.
  • Support AIG Claims in structured settlement consultant referrals.
  • Structured Settlements Department (SSD) compliance process ownership. 
  • Supporting SSD management in maintaining compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing Monthly, Mid-Year, and Year End SSD Reporting data and metrics.
  • Data analytics, reconciliation and process documentation for internal audits and external audits.
  • Liaison for business unit to technology teams.
  • Structured Settlements project design and process development.  

 

What you will need to succeed


  • 3+ years of Industry experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of general insurance claims.
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word skills
  • Intermediate level Power BI and Tableau
  • Experience analyzing claims data.
  • Experience developing automated process management.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Advanced experience with data metrics and analysis

For positions based in New Jersey, the base salary range is $78,000-$97,000. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
