Position Overview:We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Project Manager/Estimator specializing in Steel Construction to join our dynamic team.This role requires a professional adept at managing complex projects and providing accurate cost estimates, ensuring successful project completion within budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all phases of steel construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to collect necessary project details and specifications.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules and work plans, facilitating effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
