Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Project Manager/Estimator specializing in Steel Construction to join our dynamic team.This role requires a professional adept at managing complex projects and providing accurate cost estimates, ensuring successful project completion within budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of steel construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to collect necessary project details and specifications.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules and work plans, facilitating effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
