  • Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care with the team.
  • Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementing quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
  • Guides interdisciplinary team members in performance improvement and incorporates evidence-based practice protocols into daily operations of the stroke program.
  • Ensures a high level of data accuracy and quality for stroke program reporting. Collaborates with community and professional organizations to further education and awareness about stroke prevention and treatment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
