- Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care with the team.
- Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementing quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Guides interdisciplinary team members in performance improvement and incorporates evidence-based practice protocols into daily operations of the stroke program.
- Ensures a high level of data accuracy and quality for stroke program reporting. Collaborates with community and professional organizations to further education and awareness about stroke prevention and treatment.
