Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Remote

Rate Range: Up to$92.5/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)

Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1b

Duration: 3 months with high possibility of extension

Must Have:

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a secure, user-friendly Streamlit web application for managing talent planning data.
  • Implement role-based access control and secure authentication flows in alignment with enterprise HR data policies.
  • Integrate the application with Snowflake for reading and writing sensitive HR data, ensuring performance and governance best practices.
  • Enable functionality to export individual-level employee data in a user-friendly format.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, data engineering, and IT teams to define requirements, data definitions, and architecture.
  • Develop reusable components and maintain clear documentation for long-term scalability.
  • Ensure application reliability through automated testing, performance monitoring, and logging.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building applications with Streamlit.
  • Strong expertise in Python and SQL for data manipulation and transformation.
  • In-depth understanding of Snowflake architecture, query tuning, and role-based security features.
  • Proven experience in developing secure web apps, including user authentication and audit logging.
  • Experience working with HR data structures or familiarity with sensitive employee data is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to UI/UX best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

Preferred

  • Experience with Streamlit Cloud, Snowflake Cortex, and knowledge of HR compliance standards (e.g., PII handling).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
