Work You'll Do

As a Project Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the project, you will:
  • Provide direct client support for the Leadership Engagement workstream including the management and reporting of the client's FY Priorities and development of the FY Priorities and associated efforts
  • Provide meeting support for our clients including executive summaries for key governance meetings, help brainstorm work products around Strategy updates and performance tracking, help the SGO engage with key partners and stakeholders across the business, and prepare meeting/briefing materials on a weekly basis
  • Provide ad-hoc support across other workstreams, including Strategy, Governance, and Foresight
  • Provide internal team PMO support such as helping prepare status reports, financial reports, and anything related to tracking tasks between clients and the team

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active and favorable CBP clearance or Top Secret security clearance
  • 2+ years of experience with strategic support services in a professional setting
  • Ability to travel 0-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Ability to work 3 days a week, onsite in Washington, D.C.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
