Job SummaryThe Strategy & Planning Manager will be responsible for managing the business unit's P&L, developing and executing strategic initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth. This role will also serve as a key interface across global locations, ensuring alignment and effective communication on strategic objectives.
Job Description - - Manage the business unit's P&L and support financial performance improvement.
- - Develop business strategies and identify key initiatives to achieve organizational targets.
- - Oversee execution of strategic projects, including monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
- - Identify new growth opportunities and develop innovative business models to support long-term competitiveness.
- - Facilitate cross-functional communication and support governance/meeting structures across global operations.
- - Prepare presentations and reports for executive management, highlighting performance and strategic priorities.
Qualifications - - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- - 7+ years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, or management consulting (experience in automotive or EV industry strongly preferred).
- - Strong financial and analytical skills with experience managing P&L.
- - Proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives.
- - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Korean language proficiency a plus).
- - Ability to collaborate across global teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications
- - Experience working in global automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or EV-related businesses.
- - Familiarity with smart factory, supply chain transformation, or new business model development.
- - Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
