  • Partner across teams to improve governance, handoffs, operating routines, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Use AI and emerging tools responsibly to simplify work, accelerate analysis, generate insights, and improve execution.
  • Partner with communications, change management, learning, engagement, and adoption teams to ensure strategic work is activated effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data, stakeholder input, and business context into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, including storytelling, presentation development, briefing materials, and leadership updates.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, especially in complex or cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous work, define ownership, sequence priorities, and drive follow-through.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on simplifying processes, creating repeatable tools, and measuring impact.

Qualifications
  • 7 or more years of related experience
  • Experience developing planning frameworks, OKRs, KPIs, executive reporting, portfolio views, or governance routines.
