Responsibilities

• Manage and onboard a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts.
• Execute the customization process to achieve measurable outcomes for clients.
• Develop the product roadmap in response to client needs.
• Generate and prototype new products and agents to aid in company scaling.
• Launch production prototypes for the engineering team to develop.
• Act as a liaison between client needs and product development.
