This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit - where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you'll do
  • Co-formulate and shape the Operations and Supply Chain strategy.
  • Identifying value creation opportunities across the end-to-end Supply Chain and Operations.
  • Lead and drive strategic initiatives across Operations and Supply Chain in the Americas from concept to execution, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and deliverables, while demonstrating agility and an open-minded approach.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional- and regional stakeholders to align priorities and enable effective decision-making.
  • Prepare structured analyses, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Apply a hands-on, problem-solving mindset to help teams move from strategy to execution.
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Business, SC, Strategic management, Operations, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Ideal candidate has 5-10 years of working experience in strategy and/or project management in Operations and Supply Chain. Consulting- or strategic leadership experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record in successfully implementing impactful change/transformative projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Great strategic thinking and analytical skills with an ability to simplify complex challenges into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to effectively engage and align senior stakeholders across diverse functions.

The salary for this role is $ 116,000.00 - $ 140,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
