WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO USWe are looking for a Strategy Lead for our rapidly growing Americas business unit; you'll be supporting the regional head of the business in executing on an un-beatable winning strategy in our buy-side target markets including market positioning, sales enablement, pricing strategies, and organizational structures. We'd like you to come with a deep background of the buy-side, and be able to influence and drive our commercial success story.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Prepare C-suite reports on market dynamics, positioning and intelligence of the competitive landscape
- Guiding management in understanding and translating market opportunities into SimCorp's Corporate vision and strategy
- Contribute strategic insights on industry innovation and trends, including navigating the competitive landscape
- Run strategic deep-dives on core subject areas engaging the wider organization, leveraging on your industry knowledge and perspective
- Contribute to thought leadership pieces in our industry that impact SimCorp clients and community
WHAT WE VALUE- 3-5+ years of experience from within the investment management function of an Asset Manager or a buy-side consultancy organization
- Strong understanding of the full value chain of an Asset Management organization, drivers and market landscape development.
- Insight into the software landscape for investment management and macro-trends shaping the future of the industry
- Experience with Commercial Strategy, Sales Enablement, Commercial Execution
- Experience across buy-side vendor system landscape
- Great communication skills, written as well as spoken

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $108,560 - $162,840 USD . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Your total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
