The Opportunity

As a Strategy& Deals Strategy Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to provide strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services, helping clients make informed decisions and maximize value. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional and technical standards.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering comprehensive support for business transactions, working closely with clients to develop and execute strategic initiatives. You will navigate complex situations, anticipate client needs, and use your skills to deliver quality outcomes. This position offers an opportunity to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills while contributing to successful deal outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Developing acquisition strategies and evaluating business plans to support client growth initiatives
- Conducting competitive analysis and industry trend analysis to identify market opportunities and risks
- Performing financial due diligence and financial statement analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Creating financial models and conducting scenario analysis to assess potential deal outcomes
- Supporting post-merger integration efforts to maximize value creation and drive successful outcomes
- Collaborating with corporate development teams to structure deals and optimize transaction terms
- Engaging in strategic planning and value creation activities to enhance client business performance
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and provide actionable insights

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
