As a Strategy Consultant, you will work across individual unit segments to drive strategic initiatives and provide competitive intelligence. You will lead segments to create and update segment strategy content for various business purposes. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Drive CHQ Level Projects: Manage and execute CHQ level strategy projects, such as Spring Plan and Fall Plan, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. • Provide Competitive Intelligence: Conduct portfolio analysis and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth. • Lead Segment Strategy: Collaborate with segments to develop and update strategy content for use with M&A and other business unit purposes. • Manage Team Priorities: Oversee the direction, priorities, and day-to-day work of the team to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Execute Cross-Unit Projects: Drive execution on CHQ and cross-unit projects, such as BoD presentation creation, and ensure successful project outcomes.
