Job Summary and Qualifications

HCA's Strategic Resource Group (SRG) sits at the intersection of HCA's corporate and division leadership, supporting the development and execution of strategy at every level of the organization.

Job Summary:

SRG Strategy Consultants are staff members focused on completing complex tasks (accurately and of high quality) with limited oversight, leveraging an established analytical ability and demonstrating a foundational understanding of health care.

Responsibilities:

  • Can perform non-linear research by collecting relevant information from many sources without knowing how it may fit together.
  • Creates deliverables leveraging research and analysis that are accurate and technically consistent throughout while exhibiting creativity in design. Pays attention to detail and is responsible for quality of work.
  • Ability to identify key underlying questions/challenges related to the core project objective.
  • Consistently identifies and delivers analysis that is relevant to the stakeholder's situation.
  • Demonstrates an ability to communicate a clear understanding of engagement goals and objectives.
  • Presents information he/she is comfortable with independently within a presentation and is able to respond to straight-forward questions.
  • Develops relationships with peers and builds reputation for delivery and support.
  • Understands basic HCA structure and healthcare industry dynamics.
  • Develops proficiency and experience with a wide scope of skills and knowledge.


Education:

  • Undergraduate required.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years
  • Healthcare via work or education required
  • Consulting preferred
