Position Description & Qualifications

As the Strategy and Solutions Integration Lead will be on a dynamic team supporting the NAVSEA AUKUS program within Team Submarine responsible for the integrated support to the Australian Nuclear-Powered Submarine initiative. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact towards our military defense and safety of our sailors.

*This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain your current DOD Secret level Security Clearance and upon position availability. *

In this role, you will:
  • Support the Strategy and Solutions Directorate in updating the program office's org chart.
  • Manage and update the AUKUS personnel tracker.
  • Coordinate with new hires and generate associated posters.
  • Assist with the generation of the program office's All Hands presentations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to complete travel after action reports.
  • Manage the program office's action tracker.


To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • An active/current DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field
    • A High School Diploma and 4 years of additional experience or an Associates degree and 2 years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2 years of experience (preferably in a government office, either as civilian, contractor, or military).
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in handling organizational elements such as taskers, correspondence, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Experience with knowledge management and tools such as SharePoint or data migration platforms.
  • Experience with Visio and organization chart generation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.


Additional Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Experience working with Department of War or Navy systems, processes, and culture
  • Previous experience with NAVSEA, Team Submarine, or similar programs and knowledgeable of Navy requirements and program office organizations and processes
  • Experience providing administrative support, including managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), travel arrangements, and awards coordination
  • Advanced knowledge in SharePoint development, data migration, and project management tools
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
