Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• 5 years of experience in business strategy, program management, management consulting, or an analytical supply chain/operations role.
• Experience designing and implementing AI solutions, collaborating with technical engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with experience creating centralized KPI reporting frameworks (dashboards or otherwise).
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill internal and external data into clear, concise insights for audiences, including Director and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning across OpEx budgets and headcount planning, unifying and securing the required resources to enable the SPO organization.
• Manage resourcing mechanisms including headcount budgeting, models, escalations and mid-year budget upsides, engaging cross-functionally with SPO teams and finance partners.
• Lead the organization's AI enablement journey by identifying impactful opportunities for AI adoption, and collaborating with engineering teams to staff and build new solutions.
• Establish a Business Intelligence framework, unifying key metrics across the organization, and developing an effective tracking and reporting methodology.
• Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with CSCO finance and other partner teams, acting as a trusted financial advisor to positively challenge assumptions and drive data-backed decisions.
