What you'll do day-to-day
Help drive the firm's long-term direction and growth, evaluating complex business questions and leading ambitious, collaborative projects.
Conduct rigorous research and analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methods, assess investment and business opportunities, partner on communications to strengthen the firm's external profile, and drive firmwide initiatives such as opening a new office or the application of generative AI.

What we're looking for

Two to five years of professional experience in consulting, corporate strategy, communications, sales, marketing, strategy and operations, or within financial services/business is preferred; we also welcome candidates with backgrounds in public policy, academia, engineering, or other industries.
