Full Job Description
Position Overview:

The Senior Professional - AI Engagement & Adoption is responsible for advancing enterprise AI adoption through workforce engagement, enablement, and capability building. This role focuses on translating AI capabilities into practical, scalable usage across the division by designing engagement programs, supporting learning initiatives, and driving adoption behaviors.

The position plays a key role in embedding AI into day-to-day workflows by fostering a culture of innovation, enabling employees, and ensuring measurable business value from AI investments.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will help drive enterprise AI adoption by designing and executing programs that increase awareness, engagement, and practical usage of AI tools and workflows. You will support initiatives such as promptathons, hackathons, demo days, innovation challenges, and learning programs that encourage experimentation and scalable adoption.

You will help build and sustain an AI Community of Practice and champion network, enabling knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer support across business units. You will partner with business, technology, HR, Learning & Development, and communications teams to identify adoption needs, address barriers, and embed AI into workforce upskilling and day-to-day business processes.

You will also contribute to measuring success by tracking adoption metrics, reporting on trends, and helping quantify business impact through productivity gains, time savings, and quality improvements. Your work will help create a culture where AI is accessible, practical, and value-driven.

Key Responsibilities

The AI Engagement & Adoption Programs are crafted to execute enterprise-wide initiatives such as promptathons, hackathons, demo days, and innovation challenges. These programs aim to standardize engagement playbooks for scaling across business units and convert outputs like prompts and workflows into reusable assets. They also support the Community of Practice (CoP) by enhancing the enterprise AI community for better engagement and knowledge sharing, including developing content plans and maintaining an AI knowledge hub.

Cross-functional coordination involves partnering with business and technology teams to share use cases and best practices, identifying adoption needs, and supporting scalable approaches across the organization. Training and workforce enablement focus on building an AI learning ecosystem from awareness to advanced levels, delivering role-based training aligned with business needs, and integrating AI into workforce upskilling efforts.

The AI Champions and Super User network is supported to enable champions to coach peers, demonstrate AI usage, and provide real-time feedback. Measurement and analytics efforts define and track AI adoption metrics, develop dashboards for visibility, and quantify business value through efficiency gains and time savings.

Marketing and communication efforts promote the team's success in AI adoption by partnering with Marketing and Communications to share success stories and case studies. The focus is on highlighting productivity gains and identifying individuals and teams demonstrating effective AI usage, while promoting "AI for good" examples to reinforce positive adoption behaviors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital adoption, transformation, learning & development, or change management
  • Experience supporting or delivering enterprise programs (e.g., training, engagement, or community initiatives)
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
  • Preferred experience with Generative AI tools and use cases (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms)
  • Preferred familiarity with prompt-based workflows and AI use case development
  • Preferred experience supporting Communities of Practice or champion networks
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking adoption and performance metrics

Keys to Success in this Role:
  • Increased adoption and sustained usage of AI tools across the workforce
  • Growth in participation and engagement within the AI Community of Practice and AI Champions network
  • Measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and time savings through AI-enabled workflows
  • Expansion and scaling of use cases generated through engagement programs, training, and enablement efforts
  • Clear visibility into adoption trends, user engagement, and business impact through reporting and dashboards
