About This Role:

Crusoe is looking for a StrategicSourcing Specialist to support the building and execution of sourcing strategies for corporate services including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel. You will support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development to contract negotiation and supplier performance management.

As a key business partner to corporate leaders, you will help deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe's growth. This is a foundational role for a professional looking to scale their career in indirect procurement within a high-growth, mission-driven technology company.

What You'll Be Working On:
  • Category Support: Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for corporate services categories including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel.
  • Procurement Lifecycle: Assist in managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with corporate stakeholders to help deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe's growth.
  • Spend Analysis: Conduct spend analysis and support the development of category strategies with measurable cost savings.
  • Contract Negotiation: Support contract negotiations and supplier relationship management to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing procurement process improvements that increase efficiency and visibility across corporate categories.


What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in procurement, sourcing, or category management with exposure to indirect or corporate services categories.
  • Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of category strategy development and cost savings methodologies.
  • Systems: Familiarity with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Communication: Solid communication and stakeholder partnership skills with a desire to grow influence across the organization.
  • Safety and Compliance: This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $88,850 -$101,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
