Responsibilities
• Develop and refine the global sourcing strategy.
• Select suppliers that meet cost, quality, and service objectives.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions that minimize risk.
• Serve as the procurement representative for new product development and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Develop suppliers to consistently meet performance objectives.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans to reduce the impact of potential disruptions.
• Analyze pricing and market trends to anticipate shifts in buyer-supplier dynamics.
• Maintain accurate cost data to support reliable margin management.
• Develop and refine global logistics strategies to ensure competitive costs and trade compliance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Administer and reconcile monthly P-card expenses and submit them for payment.
• Establish new purchased parts in the ERP system.
• Plan and schedule the delivery of assigned purchased items.

Authorities
• Select, onboard, and develop suppliers.
• Establish replenishment quantities.
• Establish minimum stocking quantities.
• Provide landed cost estimates for sales inquiries.
• Recommend process improvements.
