Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Category Management focused on Indirect Spend.
• Hands-on familiarity with Coupa modules, particularly Sourcing and Contract Management.
• Strong financial and analytical skills to evaluate sourcing opportunities and performance.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
• Proven ability in presenting data and insights to diverse audiences, including senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for indirect categories that identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Plan and execute competitive sourcing events from start to finish using Coupa Sourcing.
• Assist in leading negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
• Conduct analyses of supplier proposals to make data-driven selection recommendations.
• Utilize Coupa Contract Management to draft and manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with contracted terms regarding pricing and quality.
• Analyze spend data to identify new sourcing opportunities and assess category performance.
