The Mission The primary objective of this role is to accelerate Triotech's growth across USA by developing new markets, generating strategic business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and consistently exceeding sales objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You Will Do Develop New Markets You will actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within: 3 Theme Parks and Amusement Parks 3 Edutainment (Museums, Science Centers, Zoos and Aquariums) Build Strategic Relationships 3 Develop long-term relationships with owners, operators, executives, developers, consultants, designers, and strategic partners who are shaping the future of the attractions industry. 3 Expand Triotech's visibility, influence, and network throughout your territory. Turn Ideas Into Landmark Projects 3 Help customers envision unique guest experiences and bring their entertainment concepts to life through Triotech's innovative attractions and immersive technologies. 3 Demonstrate creative and strategic vision to design and present high-value solutions that secure large-scale projects. 3 Build and maintain strong relationships with presidents, owners, CEOs, and senior executives to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, operational challenges, and growth plans. 3 Develop customized sales strategies, influence key decision-makers, and lead complex sales processes from opportunity identification through contract execution. Close Projects That Make an Impact 3 Lead customer presentations, proposal development, contract negotiations, and closing activities that result in world-class attractions welcoming millions of visitors every year. Travel and Grow Your Territory 3 Travel regularly throughout your territory to meet customers, attend industry events, strengthen relationships, identify new opportunities, and expand Triotech's market presence. Territory Your territory will cover the USA and the specified industries. What We Are Looking For Above all, we are looking for someone who loves to win. Qualifications Required 3 Fluent English (written and spoken). 3 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 3 Availability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory. 3 Strong business development, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 3 Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset. 3 Outstanding customer service and communication skills. 3 Ability to sell a vision, not just a product. 3 Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in one or more of the following sectors: 3 Attractions and Themed Entertainment 3 Location-Based Entertainment (LBE) 3 Complex B2B Project Sales 3 Leisure, Hospitality, or Tourism Industries A bonus if you have... 3 Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder projects. 3 Existing network within the attractions or entertainment industry. 3 Additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian are considered strong assets.
