Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's or PhD in relevant field.
- Experience with managing escalations and crises, working with front-line teams and Executives at the same time.
- Experience with machine learning.
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.

Responsibilities - Serve as Incident Commander during critical events; lead end-to-end response coordination and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to minimize user and organizational impact.
- Identify cross-platform risks and lead preparedness initiatives to build robust crisis readiness and close operational gaps.
- Direct "reflect" reviews of past incidents to isolate root causes, driving cross-functional improvements and training programs based on lessons learned.
- Partner with legal, policy, intelligence, and regional teams to resolve global challenges and consistently prioritize high-impact issues.
- Perform on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis, including weekend coverage/holidays. Be exposed to graphic, controversial, or upsetting content.
