You will partner closely with National Account Managers, home office research and due diligence teams, and internal investment and product partners to understand client needs, navigate platform requirements, and identify opportunities across ETFs, model portfolios, and other SSIM investment solutions.

  • Build and maintain relationships with home office research, due diligence, and investment teams, developing a strong understanding of each firm's investment process, platform requirements, product priorities, and portfolio construction approach.
  • Coordinate ticker-specific onboarding and expansion opportunities, supporting due diligence requirements, data delivery, internal approvals, and product positioning.
  • Prepare due diligence materials and coordinate responses to client research requests, helping advance SSIM products onto recommended, focus, and other firm-specific lists.
  • Support National Account Managers and senior Home Office Research & Due Diligence colleagues on larger, more strategic relationships by coordinating research initiatives, product reviews, and platform opportunities.
  • Partner with National Account Managers, Regional Consultants, Product, Capital Markets, Marketing, and Business Intelligence to deliver coordinated coverage and ensure research activity supports broader account and sales priorities.
  • Develop client presentations, investment reviews, product comparisons, and other research-ready content that clearly communicates SSIM's investment philosophy, performance, positioning, and competitive advantages.
  • Monitor platform developments, competitive activity, and industry trends, helping identify new opportunities and providing support for business planning and sales initiatives.
  • Contribute to firm-specific strategies to maximize the SSIM opportunity set, helping prioritize products and investment solutions based on client needs, platform dynamics, and potential commercial impact.
