Strategic Program Manager
Location: Miamisburg, OH - Onsite
Your ImpactAs a Strategic Program Manager, you will lead large-scale data center programs from award through delivery, ensuring customer commitments are executed with speed, precision, and accountability. This role is critical to aligning cross-functional teams, driving operational execution, and protecting both profitability and customer trust as we scale.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Lead full lifecycle execution of awarded programs from purchase order receipt through final delivery
- Drive cross-functional planning sessions to align scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs
- Partner across manufacturing, field operations, procurement, service, and customer teams to ensure projects stay on track
- Monitor schedules, identify root causes of delays, and lead proactive problem-solving efforts to minimize disruption
- Manage program budgets, change orders, and profitability targets with strong operational discipline
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes and improve execution speed across the business
- Capture lessons learned and operational wins during project closeout to support future scalability and repeatability
Qualifications- 5+ years of program or project management experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or related environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables
- Excellent systems fluency including ERP systems, Excel, and project management tools
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Experience supporting data center infrastructure, modular manufacturing, or scalable product delivery is strongly preferred
- PMP, CPM, or equivalent project/program management certification is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead with Speed, Judgment, and Accountability
