You will also ensure that pricing, offers, and promotional messaging are compliant with company policies, brand standards, and approved pricing guidelines, escalating risks or exceptions as needed.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating complex data into actionable insights. You are proactive, structured, and confident influencing cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to balance growth, competitiveness, and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions
  • Execute and optimize pricing strategies established by the VP of Strategic Pricing to support revenue growth, margin targets, and competitive positioning across EBG's Travel & Entertainment portfolio.

  • Build, maintain, and refine pricing models to assess rate structures, discount levels, promotional depth, and expected financial outcomes.
  • Partner with Supplier Relations and Account Management teams to support supplier negotiations by providing pricing analysis, margin impact assessments, and scenario modeling.
  • Evaluate proposed supplier rates, discounts, and promotions against established pricing guidelines, escalating risks or exceptions as needed.
  • Support the execution of promotional calendars by analyzing historical performance and forecasting the expected impact of pricing and offer strategies.
  • Monitor competitive pricing and market trends, summarizing findings and implications for the VP of Strategic Pricing and cross-functional partners.
  • Prepare clear, concise pricing recommendations and performance updates for internal stakeholders, including leadership-ready summaries and supporting analysis.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Systems teams to ensure pricing data accuracy, reporting consistency, and effective implementation within EBG platforms.
  • Maintain and update pricing documentation, assumptions, and analytical inputs to ensure transparency and repeatability in decision-making.
  • Identify process improvements within pricing workflows to increase efficiency, accuracy, and speed of execution.
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for pricing-related questions, providing guidance within established frameworks and escalating complex strategic decisions appropriately.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple analyses, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting findings and recommendations in a structured, concise manner.
