Description -Job Summary• This role is responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of the GPSE organization, ensuring the department remains aligned, focused, and executing effectively in a rapidly evolving business environment. Acting as a senior partner to the VP, the role helps set priorities, manage the operating rhythm, and translate strategy into execution. The position works across leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, accelerate decision-making, and ensure key initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities- Partner directly with the VP to shape business strategy, define priorities, and drive execution across the department
- Establish and manage the organization's operating cadence, including business reviews, planning cycles, and leadership forums
- Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams, clear ownership, and timely delivery
- Ownership of gaming headquarters based in Orange County, CA, including but not limited to site management & operations and employee engagement
- Act as a central point of coordination across executives and partner organizations to drive interlock and decision-making
- Own follow-through on key priorities, proactively identifying risks, removing obstacles, and ensuring progress against goals
- Lead preparation of executive communications, reviews, and key deliverables to support leadership alignment
- Drive organizational clarity by defining objectives, success metrics, and accountability across initiatives
- Support department-wide operations including planning, resource alignment, and execution tracking
- Facilitate collaboration across businesses, functions, and regions to ensure a unified approach to strategy and execution
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working to increase speed, effectiveness, and impact across the organization

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
