represents Marchay in rooms where relationships matter-with leading luxury brands, private client ecosystems, and high-end service providers.
You will
identify, cultivate, and deepen relationships that elevate the Marchay experience and unlock meaningful commercial opportunities.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Brand
- Revenue
- Client experience
- Strategic growth
You will operate with autonomy, but your work will directly shape how Marchay is perceived and where it plays.
RequirementsWho You Are- You are credible in high-level rooms-you can hold your own with senior executives and sophisticated clients
- You have strong taste and judgment-you know what fits and what doesn't
- You are both strategic and commercial-you think in terms of long-term value, not just activity
- You are naturally relationship-oriented, but not transactional
- You are comfortable operating with ambiguity and autonomy
Experience- 3-7+ years in partnerships, business development, private client services, or luxury/hospitality ecosystems
- Experience working with or selling into high-end brands or discerning clientele
- Track record of building relationships that drive real outcomes
