Base Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 + Annual Bonus Opportunity

Strategic Operations Associate to work directly with Executive Leadership and Operations leaders on the company's highest-priority growth, strategy, and operational initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates looking to transition from investment banking, private equity, consulting, or strategic finance into a high-impact operating role within a rapidly growing healthcare company.
You'll support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, business planning, performance improvement initiatives, and cross-functional project leadership while gaining exposure to every aspect of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and Operations leaders to drive financial, operational, and clinical performance.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, business cases, and executive presentations.
- Lead and support strategic projects across operations, growth, and business development.
- Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Assist with strategic planning, board materials, and executive communications.
- Evaluate growth opportunities, partnerships, and operational improvement initiatives.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, FP&A, M&A, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
- Self-starter with strong project management and communication skills.
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
