SUMMARY OF POSITION:

As a Strategic Partner, the HR Business Partner is responsible to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Serve as a consultant to management on HR related issues. Act as an employee champion and change agent. Proactively assess and anticipate HR related needs and communication needs and seek to develop integrated solutions. Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its plans, and its culture.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum five (5) years related experience.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Master's Degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
  • PHR or SHPR preferred.
