Reddit's Finance team is seeking a Growth Strategic Finance Senior Manager with a track record of delivering strategic projects from ideation to completion. We are looking for a motivated individual to act as a key player in our growth and strategic planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and executing high-impact initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess opportunities to drive users and revenue - emphasis on consumer and ads products, sales, and marketing
  • Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and drive initiatives from ideation to completion.
  • Influence decisions and drive change through clear recommendations, constructive challenge, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Build models, forecasts, and business cases to guide planning, investment, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and user and advertiser needs. Develop and present strategic growth initiatives, leveraging insights from research.
  • Work with Investor Relations partners to strategically target growth in areas of investor interest
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate effectiveness of strategic initiatives, adjusting as needed.
  • Improve processes and reporting; drive adoption and share expertise across teams.

Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of combined experience in consulting or investment banking and in-house corporate finance or strategy roles. Consumer internet or growth experience is a plus.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel or Google Sheets. SQL is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation, with sound judgment in validating outputs.
  • Sound judgment in ambiguous situations and adaptability as priorities evolve.
  • Track record of owning complex workstreams and influencing change through business partnerships.
  • Clear communication, strong stakeholder relationships, and the ability to mentor peers.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. The base salary range for this position is:

$180,200-$252,300 USD
