Your Impact: How You'll Help Us Heal a Broken SystemThis is a rare opportunity to join a small but mighty team in a broad Strategic Finance role. Verse and our team is focused on making it easier for patients to go home from the hospital and recover at home. You'll be a key part of the team and dictate the trajectory our most critical initiatives. You'll report to the Head of Strategy & Operations and work closely with many other functional leaders within the company across Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Product.
What You'll Achieve: A Glimpse into Your ContributionsWithin your first year, you will have the opportunity to:
- Build systems and model frameworks from the ground up in a company where first principles and good ideas usually win out over the status quo or the conventional "right" way to do things
- Generate insights that help the executive team make the most critical decisions that inform how Verse positions and prioritizes different product offerings
- In some cases: execute on your own recommendations and implement entire programs or initiatives as an operational lead as well
- Support forecasting and planning in partnership with Analytics, Finance, and BizOps teams
- Influence other departments and leaders (product, ops, legal) to solve problems - tell us what to do, not the other way around
