Qualifications

• 1-2 years in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, consulting, or FP&A.
• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or economics preferred.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to engage in strategic discussions.
• Proven adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Exceptional Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, particularly for executive presentations.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial planning/accounting systems like Hyperion or D365 is a plus.
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly financial reporting process with variance analysis and executive summaries.
• Contribute to quarterly forecasts and annual budget development across all revenue and expense areas.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and strategic foresight.
• Review studio-level P&L performance and identify key trends and risks.
• Develop KPI tracking frameworks and dashboards for enhanced decision-making.
• Engage in ad hoc strategic projects to assess new investments and opportunities.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure cross-functional alignment on financial insights.
