Strategic Executive Partner - Harrison, OH

Cincinnati Incorporated is seeking a Strategic Executive Partner to support the Owner, CEO, CFO, and five Senior Vice Presidents in driving operational efficiency and execution across the enterprise.

You will play a key role in enabling leadership focus by overseeing logistics, enhancing processes, facilitating communication, and directing high-impact work efforts.

Position Summary

The Strategic Executive Partner functions as a trusted operational advisor to senior leadership, helping streamline priorities, orchestrate initiatives, and maintain alignment across functions. This individual must be highly organized, proactive, resourceful, discreet, and comfortable supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, domestic and international travel, engagements, and corporate events.
  • Lead high-impact enterprise workstreams from planning through completion, including system implementations and process improvements.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, briefing materials, and agendas while coordinating Board of Directors documentation, minutes, and supporting activities.
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and departments to ensure alignment, communication, and follow-through
  • Support the Owner with high-priority personal and professional matters
  • Steward confidential information, executive scorecards, KPIs, and sensitive documentation
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions using technology and web-based systems
  • Build strong relationships across the organization while upholding professionalism and discretion
  • Provide a trusted and approachable point of contact for employees when needed


Qualifications Required
