Position OverviewThis role leads the management of high-value or complex client accounts. This role is responsible for strategic planning, client retention, and revenue growth through deep understanding of client needs and business objectives.
What You'll Do:- Lead client relationships for high-value or strategic accounts.
- Own the end-to-end relationship for strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Develop account growth strategies and execute plans.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion.
- Resolve complex client issues with minimal supervision, leveraging internal resources.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor junior account managers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

- Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.
