Position Overview
This role leads the management of high-value or complex client accounts. This role is responsible for strategic planning, client retention, and revenue growth through deep understanding of client needs and business objectives.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead client relationships for high-value or strategic accounts.
  • Own the end-to-end relationship for strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop account growth strategies and execute plans.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion.
  • Resolve complex client issues with minimal supervision, leveraging internal resources.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Mentor junior account managers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

  • Typically has Bach. +4 yrs; Masters +2 yrs Attends company training and regional training in area of expertise. Presents own work to members of department and external consultants and external professional meetings
