  • Coordinate curriculum launches and drive execution against launch milestones, adoption goals, and business priorities.
  • Manage dependencies across Digital Enablement, HR, IT, AI, Communications, Analytics, and business leaders.
  • Maintain project plans, implementation plans, status reporting, governance materials, risks, mitigation plans, resource needs, and launch-readiness views.
  • Provide proactive visibility into all active and planned initiatives and facilitate program reviews, status meetings, readiness assessments, and stakeholder updates.

2. Learning Operations
  • Own the operating processes that support curriculum deployment, including schedules, cohorts, audience segmentation, enrollment, communications, certification tracking, and reinforcement activities.
  • Ensure a consistent coworker and manager experience across learning programs.
  • Coordinate role-based learning journey checkpoints and Day 7, Day 30, and Day 90 proficiency reviews where applicable.

  • Build strong working relationships with internal business partners and external resources required to achieve program objectives.

5. Adoption & Change Management
  • Monitor adoption trends and identify barriers to participation, application, and sustained workflow use.
  • Coordinate manager reinforcement activities and communication campaigns tied to major launches.
  • Ensure business leaders understand expected behaviors, accountability, and how success will be measured.
  • Connect training activity to hands-on application, proficiency demonstration, and approved digital workflows.

6. Process Improvement & Team Enablement
  • Build repeatable operating rhythms and standardize portfolio reporting, governance, launch, readiness, and evaluation processes.
  • Implement automation where practical and reduce administrative burden on facilitators and curriculum owners.
  • Provide coaching, support, and guidance to initiative leads to strengthen planning, execution, and delivery effectiveness.
Continuously improve the operating model using stakeholder feedback, program results, and lessons learned.

  • A confident communicator who can simplify complexity, prepare executive-ready updates, and keep stakeholders aligned without overcomplicating the message.
