Full Job Description
Interested candidates based outside of the designated areas are welcome to apply, provided they have the indefinite right to work in the job location.

We're seeking a relentless, elite enterprise seller to own and grow a strategic territory. This is not a relationship-maintenance role. You will hunt, build, and close-driving net-new logo acquisition, expanding major accounts, and competing to win in one of the most mission-critical categories in enterprise technology: data security and AI-powered resilience.

In this role, you will directly impact company growth and strategic success by engaging senior decision-makers, articulating the value of next-generation data management platforms, and building compelling business cases that connect security, resilience, compliance, and operational efficiency to customer outcomes. You'll partner closely with world-class Sales Engineers, channel partners, and an executive team deeply invested in your success. The ceiling is high-for performance, earnings, and career trajectory.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Own and execute a territory plan that drives net-new logo acquisition and expansion within named enterprise and government accounts

  • Build, manage, and advance a high-value, strategic pipeline, both self-sourced and channel-influenced

  • Navigate complex enterprise organizations by mapping stakeholders, building multithreaded relationships, and engaging at the C-suite and board level

  • Lead customers through discovery, evaluation, proposal development, and solution alignment

  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals that tie Cohesity's platform to customer risk, resilience, and strategic objectives

  • Collaborate with channel partners and technology alliances (including NVIDIA, IBM, HPE, and AWS) to accelerate deal velocity and expand market reach

  • Maintain accurate forecasts and deliver consistent quarterly and annual results

  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to leadership to sharpen Cohesity's go-to-market strategy

We'd Love to Talk to You If You Have Many of the Following

  • Demonstrated experience selling into and partnering with Information Security / Cybersecurity teams, with a strong understanding of enterprise security frameworks, compliance standards, and the ability to align solutions to customer security and risk requirements.

  • Customer-obsessed mindset and passion for cybersecurity, especially post-incident recovery

  • Proven enterprise sales experience, ideally spanning infrastructure and SaaS

  • Demonstrated success landing net-new logos and expanding large enterprise accounts

  • Strong knowledge of data security architectures, ransomware resilience, and the competitive landscape.

  • Familiarity with Cohesity solutions (DataProtect, DataHawk, SmartFiles) strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of NetBackup, Backup Exec, and InfoScale, including immutable storage, hardened media servers, ACL-based controls, and encryption

  • Strong channel DNA, with the ability to co-sell while maintaining deal ownership

  • Exceptional communication skills, including executive presentations and business case development

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience

  • Must have English language proficiency (Can interact with fluency when speaking, reading, and writing in a professional and specialized setting).

  • Willingness to travel as required
