Salary: $113,200 to $141,500

- Led membership initiatives focused on acquisition, onboarding, engagement, renewal, retention, or recognition across different segments and career stages.
- Used member, customer, and market data to identify trends, assess risks and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Led complex cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Developed member or customer segmentation approaches, lifecycle strategies, journey maps, experience improvements, or value propositions.
- Built trusted relationships and influenced decision-making across diverse internal teams, leaders, subject matter experts, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Prepared executive briefings, business cases, reports, and presentations that translated complex information into clear recommendations.

The CMA and the CMA Group of Companies (CMA Foundation and CMA Impact) has hybrid as well as remote workers across Quebec and Ontario. The Enterprise works in partnership with stakeholders and counterparts nationally across Canada. Due to the nature of the work performed for this position, the incumbent is required to communicate with colleagues in Quebec, Ontario and/or other provinces in English. Proficiency in French is an asset, but not a requirement of this role.
