Full Job Description
The Strategic Account Executive - Collections & Debt Management is responsible and accountable for the overall growth of and generating new revenue and client satisfaction in the Collections and Debt Management industry. The Strategic Account Executive provides consultative domain expertise and works closely with a team of internal partners, leveraging their collective skills to drive revenue growth (vertically and horizontally) in all areas of the client's organization, deepen relationships and implement new solutions. Driving value to the strategic customer through interactions at all levels, gathering information and understanding the customer's business needs to cultivate timely and appropriate solutions is critical to the success of this position.

What you'll do:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, build a pipeline from scratch
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients & prospects to drive sales
  • Support the activities associated with a robust partnership/alliance strategy: identifying, implementing and managing appropriate product/market partnerships to drive new revenue growth and market penetration
  • Provide market and "voice of customer" feedback to the COE teams regarding competitive offering and client needs for product and solution development
  • Effectively lead assigned territory and maximize business potential


What experience you need:
  • 7+ years of previous account management/sales experience in B2B data, technology, and/or solutions selling.
  • Recent & proven experience delivering C-Level strategic solutions within the 3rd party collections vertical
  • Bachelors Degree

  • Proven experience working within or selling to the Debt Buyer, Legal Collection, and/or Collection agency and understanding the business values
  • Proven successful track record in meeting and exceeding sales and client retention goals including prospecting and developing emerging markets
  • A communication style that involves and engages customers in collaborative discussions that results in value to both parties
  • Experience working with and managing Sales Partners to optimize both organization's results
  • Past experience managing large client projects where the focus is innovation, penetration and revenue growth
  • Ability to travel 30% is expected
