Job DescriptionThe Strategic Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for driving new business growth and achieving quarterly and annual sales goals within an assigned geographic market for Aramark Refreshments. This role focuses on developing and closing key account opportunities representing approximately $300,000 to $2,000,000 in annualized revenue.
The SAE manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development through solution design, proposal, negotiation, and close. The role works closely with local, regional, and national partners to develop customized solutions that meet client needs while supporting Aramark Refreshments' growth strategy.
Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Account Sales, the SAE represents Aramark Refreshments' portfolio of workplace solutions, including office coffee, vending, micro markets, snacks, water filtration, and related products and services.
Compensation DataCOMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is
$100,000 to $110,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive program that may provide commission and annual incentive opportunities based on performance. Incentive eligibility, calculations, and payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

Job Responsibilities- Hit/exceed quarterly and annual sales quota working within the revenue threshold of $300,000 up to $2,000,000 in annualized revenue.
- Prospect for new Strategic Account opportunities and manage them through the "sales funnel" from initial contact to proposal to close.
- Work collaboratively with local, regional and national Refreshment Services team members to share information and propose appropriate customer solutions.
- Lead the internal process for proposal and solution approval (i.e. pricing, services, and contracts) utilizing field and corporate resources as needed.
- Develop and lead strategy process with regard to: account sales strategy, and territory development strategy.
- Utilize local/regional resources and other Aramark lines of business partners to penetrate target markets, develop market leadership by identifying prospect needs, and work with appropriate resources to develop solutions for those needs.
- Assist in developing prospect-specific solutions and suggest techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.
- Provide appropriate market and competitive information for corporate analysis.
Qualifications- 5+ years of outside, quota bearing B2B sales experience
- Contract management experience and track record of executing contracts
- Successful and verifiable track record of direct selling experience with middle-market/large accounts (financial, insurance, legal, high-tech, etc.) and experience with longer sales cycles is a must.
- Minimum of a BA/BS degree preferred.
- Excellent computer, verbal, and written communication skills are required. Proficiency in Windows Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sales Force CRM platform is required.
