Store Manager Supervisor to join our team for the
Baltimore Territory. This position will be located in
Baltimore, MD and will require local travel within the area.
RequirementsWhat makes you stand out?The Store Manager Supervisor is responsible for the overall success of retail store operations, management supervisor of Store Managers, store hiring and scheduling coverage, store lease and facilities, safety and licensure compliance, and area stores contribution. Cultivates and fosters long term positive customer and employee relationships. Provides excellent customer service by maximizing Roberts Oxygen personnel, resources and capabilities to support and achieve the company's growth and financial goals. The Store Manager Supervisor reports to the Branch Manager.
Skills and experience requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- 3 years of store management experience
- 3 years of industry inside sales or customer experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid computer skills and usage of Microsoft Office Products to include Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and internet
- CDL Driver License preferred or the ability to obtain
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job duty of all positions at Roberts Oxygen
