Pay Range: $72,500.00- $130,000.00
As the Store Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the store's financial performance, customer satisfaction, food safety, and teammate engagement. This role requires a strategic leader who is passionate about people, committed to operational excellence, and focused on delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of store operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment.
- Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store teammates.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence through effective execution of company initiatives.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including sales, labor, shrink, inventory, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure exceptional execution in merchandising, pricing, in-stock conditions, and promotional programs.
- Manage labor budgets and scheduling to support customer service while achieving financial objectives.
- Partner with zone leadership to implement strategic initiatives and achieve company goals.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail leadership experience.
- Progressive retail management experience, including multi-department grocery leadership preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading large teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to develop talent and build high-performing teams.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
