Full Job Description
As the Stock Plan Manager at RXO, you'll develop, analyze, implement and administer employee equity-based compensation programs. This role ensures that all stock plan activities meet legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements, while supporting both management and participants.

Work Location & Schedule: This position is based out of RXO's headquarters located at 11215 N Community House Road, Charlotte, NC 28277 and follows an onsite work schedule Monday through Friday.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Administer and maintain global equity compensation plans, including new grants, vesting events, settlements, terminations and participant transactions
  • Manage and maintain the equity management system, including employee demographic file transfers and integrations with HR and Payroll systems
  • Prepare and deliver accurate reporting for regulatory filings, including Section 16 filings and proxy statement disclosures
  • Ensure compliance with tax, securities, accounting and corporate governance requirements
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Tax, Payroll, Internal Audit and external service providers to support equity-related transactions and reporting needs
  • Collaborate with Legal to maintain insider trading list, manage insider restrictions within applicable administration platform(s) and support insider pre-clearance activities
  • Analyze and report on participant equity holdings to support business decisions and stakeholder requests
  • Reconcile share pools, track equity activity and maintain complete and auditable equity records
  • Identify opportunities to improve equity administration processes, controls, reporting capabilities and participant experience
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding equity awards and plan administration
  • Develop participant communications, educational materials and guidance related to stock plans
  • Cross-train with team members on all aspects of equity administration to support operational continuity and team flexibility

What you'll need to excel:

At a minimum, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent related work
  • 4 years of equity compensation or stock plan administration experience within a publicly traded U.S. company
  • Strong knowledge of equity compensation programs, including restricted stock and performance awards
  • Experience working with equity management platforms and supporting regulatory reporting requirements
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across multiple business functions

It'd be great if you also have:
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
  • Experience supporting global equity compensation programs
  • Advanced knowledge of securities regulations, tax implications, and corporate governance requirements related to equity compensation
