Stock Plan Administrator/Manager to support our team. In this role, you would deliver a high level of service and support while exercising judgment, diplomacy and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information. You would work effectively on your own and in a team environment. You will interact professionally with all levels of Wolfspeed employees.
The Day-to-Day:The Stock Plan Administrator/Manager specializes in:
- Managing, analyzing, administering and communicating company long-term incentive equity and stock purchase plans and programs.
- Manages US and international employee equity grant and purchase plans and programs.
- Analyzes and communicates performance of equity plans and grant practices to stakeholders.
- Ensures compliance with regulations and applicable laws and manages all SOX/audit requirements related to equity administration.
- Supports Section 16 requirements for equity-related securities filings
- Administrative oversight with outsourced vendors and/or brokers to ensure equity grants are administered effectively.
- Provides customer service support, including answering employee questions, resolving issues regarding equity plans and grants.
- Maintains employee equity database, with external vendor
- Manages external vendor relationships, including external administrative consultant support
- Runs required and requested summary and detail reports: monthly, quarterly and annual, inclusive of information needed for Proxy plus 10-K filings
- Manages equity grant process, including grant documentation and award agreements.
- Manages semi-annual Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
- Works on special projects related to equity granting and reporting.
- Collaborates closely with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Audit and HR teams to execute administration of equity programs.
- Provides review and input support for Compensation Committee materials related to equity.
- Supports Director Compensation, including equity grants to board members
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):- 5+ years managing equity programs
- Experience supporting leaders
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Equity Edge experience a plus
- Executive compensation experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and manage details in a fast-paced environment while exercising sound judgment
