**Please note: This is a fixed-term contract position with the opportunity to convert to full-time employment.

Your Team's Impact

FactSet is seeking an experienced Stock Plan Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administration and operational execution of our global equity programs, including the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). You will have specialized experience implementing and administering equity plans on a global scale, along with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance

What You'll Do

  • Equity Plan Administration: Manage daily operations for FactSet's global equity programs-including ESPP, RSUs, Stock Options, and PSUs-covering grants, exercises, vestings, ESPP purchases, transfers, and participant communications.


  • System Implementation & Management: Support the implementation, migration, and ongoing optimization of equity plan platforms/tools, ensuring seamless and accurate integration.


  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects related to equity and ESPP plan administration, collaborating with HR, finance, payroll, tax, legal, and external vendors.


  • Vendor Management: Act as primary contact with equity plan vendors, troubleshooting, coordinating system updates, and ensuring excellent communication.


  • Regulatory Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure compliance with global regulations and tax requirements, including US SEC/IRS and international equivalents. Prepare accurate records and reports for internal/external stakeholders and support audits.


  • Employee Support & Education: Respond to employee inquiries and help to provide education on all equity and ESPP programs. Develop materials and deliver training as needed.


  • Global Coordination: Administer global programs; adapt processes for local regulations, tax, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.


  • Reporting: Prepare regular and ad hoc equity and ESPP plan reports for management, auditors, payroll, and finance.


What We're Looking For

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, HR, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in equity and/or ESPP plan administration
  • Strong understanding of equity compensation plans, payroll, and compliance with global exposure
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel
  • Experience with equity administration platforms
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


Desired Skills

  • CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation or progress preferred


The budgeted hourly range in the State of Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts is $60 - $70 per hour, depending on work experience, education and certifications for a Fixed Term Contract plus benefits.
