Job DescriptionHII-Mission Technologies is hiring experienced Open-Source Analysts to join our growing Global Open-Source Threat Network Disruption Cell ("GOST Cell"). As a GOST Cell Analyst you will have the opportunity to utilize publicly available information (PAI) and non-traditional intelligence gathering and exploitation methods to provide our customers with insight into counter exploitation efforts while also conducting intelligence gathering best practices to support client priorities.

What You Will Do- Explores new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to provide insight to counter exploitation efforts.
- Fuses multidiscipline and disparate data sources to provide accurate and timely geospatial and human network analysis.
- Utilizes available industry data to identify threat networks, persons of interest, and locations of interest.
- Provides analysis and assessments of commercially available and open-source data, with a specific focus on geospatial data, to deliver actionable intelligence reports.
- Searches out and utilize available web content and social media content to construct new OSINT and publicly available information (PAI) tradecraft documents and workflows.
- Implements quality assurance and quality control measures into the intelligence production cycle.
- Applies expertise in operations, intelligence, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and collections to enhance the client mission-focused priority areas.
- Provides technical analysis and collection support to OSINT workflows to maximize effectiveness.
- Delivers and presents information briefings in support of customer requirements.
- Serve as an RFS integrator by reviewing, validating, and coordinating Request for Services submissions, ensuring accurate scoping, proper routing, and timely completion across intelligence workflows.
- Translate customer RFS requirements into actionable OSINT collection and analytic tasks, maintaining clear communication and alignment with mission priorities.
What We Are Looking For- Level 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- Level 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
- Level 5: 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
- Clearance: Possess and maintains an active TS/SCI security clearance
- Experience with the all-source intelligence analysis and production lifecycle
- Experience with advanced OSINT search techniques, data visualization methodologies, pattern of life analysis, and information databases
- Knowledge of national and service-specific OSINT policies and regulations
Preferred: Bonus Points For...- Senior Level: BA/BS in related intelligence, scientific, or data literacy field of study + at least 10 years of applicable experience
- Journeyman Level: BA/BS in related intelligence, scientific, or data literacy field of study + 5-9 years of applicable experience
- Junior Level: BA/BS in related intelligence, scientific, or data literacy field of study + 3-5 years of applicable experience
- OSINT Analytic Tradecraft & Illicit Network Discovery: Proven ability to fuse open-source intelligence with multi-INT insights to map and characterize criminal, narcotics, and threat-finance networks. Candidates must demonstrate experience connecting publicly available information to operational counterdrug and counter-threat objectives, producing actionable intelligence rather than general all-source summaries.
- Regional Expertise & Cross-COCOM Operational Understanding: Direct familiarity with USSOUTHCOM and other Geographic Combatant Command operational constructs, partner-nation information environments, and theater ISR coordination mechanisms. Applicants should be comfortable applying OSINT methodologies to regional problem sets and multi-COCOM mission dynamics.
- Interagency OSINT Coordination: Demonstrated working-level experience collaborating with DASW-CN, JIATF-South, Treasury-linked analytical elements, and other interagency partners. Candidates must understand how OSINT flows through interagency processes and how to translate insights into supportable operational outcomes.
- Ops and ISR Tasking-to-Reporting Alignment: Ability to convert strategic intelligence requirements into targeted OSINT collection and analytic plans. Skilled at producing refined reporting that integrates with broader ISR cycles, meets customer standards, and contributes directly to mission execution.
- Technology Fluency & Workflow Adaptability: Comfort operating within evolving analytical platforms, automation-assisted OSINT tools, and maturing mission workflows. Candidates should be able to scale processes, adopt new systems rapidly, and contribute to the mission's transition into a more integrated technical environment.
- Advisory-Level Analytic Judgment: Mature, mission-focused judgment suitable for engaging government leadership as trusted advisors. Applicants should be capable of shaping analytical approaches to difficult problems, informing decision-makers, and driving solutions rather than simply generating task-based outputs.
- Experience supporting Request for Services (RFS) processes by coordinating requirements, validating task alignment, managing workflow integration, and ensuring timely, accurate routing through operational and intelligence production cycles.
- Ability to translate customer requests into actionable OSINT and multi-INT tasks, maintain transparency across stakeholders, and track deliverables to completion in alignment with mission objectives.
