Job Summary and QualificationsThe Manager is a who assists as directed with Twenty-four (24) hour- seven (7) days/weeks, responsibility for all operational aspects of their respective unit. The position encompasses human resources management, including assisting with recommending sufficient number of qualified and competent personnel to provide care; financial and clinical management, and the provision and development of professional leadership. He/she assist with establishing departmental goals of their department with those at HCA Houston Clear Lake. The philosophy of continuous quality improvement (CQI) is integrated by the Manager into all ongoing operations and activities of the department.
What qualifications you will need:
- Five years recent experience and three years management experience preferred.
- Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) Specialty certification preferred.
