Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate all service activities to meet customer schedules and goals.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly performance against established financial goals and metrics.
• Check and report on status of service and act to eliminate delays and parts shortages.
• Manage workforce headcount, schedules (time off request, attendance), payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
• Manage accurate inventory levels and part tracking, timely completion of invoicing for service and parts, and procurement for inventory and expense items.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities and employee training needs.
• Drive root cause corrective action problem solving initiatives to achieve improved safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Ensure adequate supply of tools, equipment, and materials for efficient location operations.
• Assist with recommendations regarding workplace layouts, service methods and efficiencies by auditing operations to improve service flow and reduce costs.
• Responsible for accounts receivable collections.
• Ensure all date entry into secondary systems is completed timely and ensure compliance on service level agreements pertaining to the scheduling of service.
• Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.
• Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued.
• Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field and 5 years of relevant experience required
In Lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience required
• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite
• Must possess a valid driver license and comply with TSV pool, fleet, and DOT policies
• Must be able to obtain an airport issued ID badge
