ICF is seeking a
Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to support a science and engineering innovation program at a federal agency. Your work will contribute to enabling the U.S. to uphold its leadership in innovation in science and engineering. You will collaborate directly with the Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager to execute the stakeholder management plan and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager to finalize the stakeholder management plan.
- Execute the finalized stakeholder management plan based on identified requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder research, landscape analyses, and organizational assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential stakeholders aligned with program objectives.
- Actively contribute to strategic planning, monitor project progress, and provide regular reports, metrics, and analyses that support stakeholder engagement planning, client decision-making, and program performance monitoring.
- Stay updated on innovation and R&D trends to align stakeholder engagement strategies with the evolving landscape.
Required Qualifications and Skills: - 5+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement project management, particularly focusing on innovation and research and development (R&D) programs.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience:- Prior experience supporting science, technology, innovation, research, entrepreneurship, or economic development programs.
- Demonstrable skills in project management, reporting, and administrative duties.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, CoPilot, SharePoint, and Power BI.
Professional Skills:- Proactive mindset with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, essential for collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to contribute to strategic planning, assess project progress, and engage in market intelligence efforts.
- Proficient multitasking capabilities, especially in concurrently managing multiple tasks, communication efforts, and events.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$74,090.00 - $125,954.00
